1. Using our website
 
  • You agree to use our website lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access systems without authorisation.
  • We may update content, pricing, product ranges, or these Terms at any time.
 
2. Product information & suitability
 
  • We aim to display product details accurately (ingredients, sizes, directions). However, packaging/labels may change from time to time.
  • Results can vary by person. If you have sensitivities, allergies, skin conditions, or you are pregnant/breastfeeding, please consult a qualified professional and patch test first.
 
3. Orders & acceptance
 
  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept the order when we email you an order confirmation and/or dispatch notification.
  • We may cancel/refuse orders (for example: suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery limitations). If payment was taken, we’ll refund you.
 
4. Pricing & payment
 
  • Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable (if registered).
  • You authorise us (and our payment provider) to process payment for your order.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price.
 
5. Promotions & discount codes
 
  • Promo codes are subject to conditions (expiry, one per order, exclusions). Unless stated, they can’t be combined.
 
6. Shipping & delivery
 
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays can occur due to couriers, peak periods, weather, or address issues.
  • Title/risk generally passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided.
 
7. Returns, refunds & Australian Consumer Law
 
  • Our refunds/returns are set out in the Refund Policy below.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.
 
8. Intellectual property
 
  • All content (logos, images, text, product names, designs) belongs to Snowvique or its licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without permission.
 
9. Liability
 
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profit) arising from using our website or products.
  • This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
 
10. Governing law
 
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia / Victoria (choose your state).
